Grove Park
It’s about the neighbors here. Young professionals, teachers, and new retirees share a beautiful, treed community…kids riding bicycles, pick up games of basketball, and a place where homeowners walk together; talk together. Come for a visit and you’ll likely smell a backyard BBQ fired up; neighbors sharing a grill and a good time.
Nestled in the north end of Hernando near Byhalia Road and MacIngvale Road, the sister communities of Grove Park and Estates of Grove Park offer homes ranging from the $220s to the $270s with heated square footage of 2,000 – 3,000 feet. The homes are exquisitely finished with ceramic tile and wood flooring, custom maple cabinets, and lots of crown molding. Living rooms, great rooms, and hearth rooms feature beautiful teak mantles and other features you’d expect in a community of this caliber.
Large lots, many with trees, and covered patios are included on many models to satisfy your outdoor living requirements. There is a secluded feel to this community, but it is close to downtown Hernando, a short drive to the casinos in Tunica, minutes from the Southaven Mall and entertainment center, and only 20 minutes from the airport. And if that’s not good enough already, Hernando Hills Country Club is a short golf cart ride away. Grove Park…Simply Home!
