Buying our house from Johnny Coleman Builders was indeed a very pleasant experience. In a time when businesses cut the customer service to help the bottom line, we found this company to be just the opposite. Everyone was so nice to us and very cooperative from the sales staff to the construction staff. Every new home will have some unfinished items but we found our home to have very few and none of any serious nature. JCB did everything they promised to do and some things they were not obligated to do. We would recommend JCB to anyone considering a purchase of a new home.

My wife and I spent over a month looking for homes in the NW Mississippi area back in May of 2007. We looked nearly exclusively at new construction and came very close to buying something in the Olive Branch/Southaven area before founding Hernando, which was the perfect sized town for us...yet still very close to everything. But what impressed us most was the value for the dollar was incredible! And even more important to us was AFTER the sale! Having bought about six other new homes over the years, I expected a good 6 months worth of "new construction" issues, as are common with new homes. Not with ours from Johnny Coleman Builders! First, the overall quality of construction is excellent and left few issues. Second, a few notes from the walk through were done when we moved in as promised! Third, Johnny Coleman Builders provided us with a subcontractor list of EVERY sub that was involved with the house. Other builders say they will do this at closings, but I've never seen a builder actually provide a pre-printed list at closing. A few minor issues after move-in were resolved in DAYS, not weeks or months. Johnny Coleman Builders subs are very responsive and issues were fixed right on the first visit! So after getting a great home at a great price...we were able to ENJOY it immediately vs. spending months trying to get issues resolved. Johnny Coleman Builders will make your new purchase a pleasant experience!
